HHPLIFT and the Incentive Market
Hi everyone!
By now, you know a little bit more about HHPLIFT’s mission, program, and products. Today, we want to introduce you to another facet of HHPLIFT: the incentive market and our role within it.
HHPLIFT is the industry innovator and pioneer in sourcing social impact goods for business solutions. In addition to the LIFT™ Program, HHPLIFT creates job opportunities through the distribution of social impact products handcrafted by artisans overcoming barriers to fair wage employment, and produced by social enterprises that transform lives and LIFT communities. HHPLIFT works with social enterprises in the United States and abroad to bring their social impact goods to new, niche B2B markets that are difficult to penetrate, and to more traditional channels that are difficult to grow, one of those being the incentive market.
Companies utilize the incentive market to reward employees for their loyalty, years of service, productivity, sales, and overall performance by rewarding them with gifts and/or services. They do this through various programs, such as employee recognition programs, safety incentive programs, channel incentive programs, and customer loyalty programs. (Incentive Federation.) According to the Incentive Marketing Association, incentives help increase productivity, boost morale, enhance work quality, foster teamwork among employees, improve work habits, and attract and maintain quality employees, among more.
At this point, you might be wondering: where does HHPLIFT fit in? The answer is purpose. Companies’ and clients’ supply chains must align with their value chains and HHPLIFT is the bridge. By choosing HHPLIFT’s products to be a part of incentive programs, businesses and employees alike are actively creating workforce and business opportunities for people overcoming barriers to fair wage employment. In turn, they are helping, first hand, our LIFT™ Program associates, and artisans through our social enterprise partners, forge economic independence.
According to a Blooloop.com article, in the aftermath of the pandemic, consumers are increasingly looking to buy from companies and organizations that make a difference and whose missions align with their personal values. HHPLIFT’s role in the incentive industry is one that weaves purpose into the fabric of corporate culture, both engaging and motivating the new generation in the workforce.
Forbes notes that this new generation, Gen-Z, has been raised in the wake of a new wave of social justice and activism, and, as a result, expects both their employers and the companies they buy from to stand for the same. HHPLIFT’s products, whether they be our LIFT™ line of bath, spa, and personal care products, made in-house by our LIFT™ production associates, or goods handcrafted abroad by artisans through our social enterprise partners, are goods that do good and that enable you to Buy What You Believe In.™
Until next time,
The HHPLIFT team
