      The Smateria Story 
      Founded in 2006 by Jennifer Morellato and Elisa Lion, Smateria is a women-owned and operated business built on creativity, sustainability, and social impact. The name “Smateria” reflects the brand’s philosophy: transforming materials and giving them new life.
