Success Stories

Alicia is a graduate of New Moms. She has continued to ascend to new roles with greater responsibility during her four years with HHPLift. She's taken on a vital role at the intersection of customer service and order management.

Ale is a graduate of CARA. She has had two promotions in just over six months and has become an integral part of our team. Go on a virtual tour of the workshop.

Elvin is another graduate of CARA  who is quickly learning the ins and outs of the Lift™ Workshop and in training for shipping and supply chain management.

Harry is differently abled with fragile X syndrome (FXS), a genetic condition that causes intellectual disability, behavioral and learning challenges, and various physical characteristics. Harry has grown tremendously in his steady, paid, part-time job at HHPLIFT. When he arrives, he says a hearty hello to all of his co-workers, takes his clipboard to see what his duties are for the day, then manages each task, checking them off the clipboard when completed. His tasks are the same as any of our other associates in the workshop and it’s been a joy to watch Harry become more independent.

Julia is one of our hardest workers and takes pride in her job. She has gained confidence and expertise in the workshop. She is also responsible for some of the artwork on our products and notecards and regularly joins in on Yoga Wednesdays.
