      In memoriam.

      Peggy Eisenstein

Peggy was a lifelong friend of HHPLift’s founder, Mike Arkes. She joined HHPLift in 2012 and was integral to the growth of the company. Customers loved Peggy and how special she made each person feel. She went above and beyond in all things. Peggy passed away in 2016 after a short illness. That year, the Peggy Eisenstein All-In Award was created to honor annually the HHPLift team member who best exemplifies Peggy’s spirit, her high standard of excellence, and her willingness to go above and beyond for HHPLift. Peggy was deeply involved in her community and an incredibly giving person. For more than 40 years, she was a volunteer with the organization Aunt Martha’s Health and Wellness. With Aunt Martha’s Peggy was a foster parent and served as a member of their Board of Directors. She was a mentor and friend to many and touched the lives of everyone she knew.

      Jim Wersching

On May 22, 2022, Jim Wersching, our VP of Sales passed away unexpectedly. Jim was passionate, kind, larger than life, and truly believed in HHPLift. He wanted HHPLift to reach new heights of success and impact, and no project, question, or problem felt insignificant to him. We are a small, close-knit team and everyone worked closely with Jim. He was more than a coworker, but a friend, mentor, and sounding board. He cared deeply and personally about HHPLift and every member of the HHPLift team. Jim was the first recipient of the Peggy Eisenstein All-In Award.
