How often do you ship?
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders received after 2pm CST will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email when items ship.

Most items offer expedited shipping options. All expedited shipping costs are determined by your shipping address.

What material is used to make the Daydreamer tote? I have a Smarteria bag that is a woven material. Is the Daydreamer the same?

Though made by the same company, this is a new material.
Smateria worked for over 10 years to perfect this process and uses
recycled industrial plastic packaging to create this faux-leather material.
