By submitting your customization order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Variations: While we strive for accuracy, the final product may have minor variations in color, image clarity, and text placement due to the nature of assembly, and the transfer process as well as the challenges of application to curved surfaces.

Image Quality: We recommend using high-resolution images for the best results. JPG or PNG format with a minimum resolution (pixels) or 2000 x 2000

Surface Considerations: Curved surfaces and other characteristics of custom product packaging may cause slight distortions in the image or text.

Color Accuracy: We try to match colors closely, but some variation may occur due to differences in screen displays and the printing process.

Liability: We are not responsible for minor variations that do not significantly affect the overall design and quality of the custom candle.
