Dena Hirschberg

Dena leads HHPLIFT and started with the company in 2012 as a sales manager, becoming Executive VP of Sales and Marketing in 2016. Since becoming president in 2018, She has overseen the company’s growth in existing and new channels of distribution, with a focus on the promotional products market, incentive companies, and retail industry. She has developed successful new revenue streams for the company, integrating the HHPLIFT mission into all facets of the business. Dena re-developed and re-launched the company’s LIFT™ Program and assembled the team responsible for creating its successful brand. Her sales team continues to increase the company’s annual sales revenue. Much of her time, currently, is spent on strategy, growth, and fundraising. 

Dena has worked on numerous strategic innovation and new product development teams for Fortune 500s, is co-founder of a multiple award-winning toy company, and is a graduate of Northwestern University. 

She is grateful for her amazing teams, both at HHPLIFT and at home.

Next, she spent time as a CPS teacher in North Lawndale. She and her business partner launched a successful toy business, now in its 20th year. She recently became a certified Yoga instructor. She enjoys weekly visits to Growing Home in Englewood, picking out fresh produce for our community salad.
